How to reach Queen of Hill stations- Ooty

In Coonoor Lamb's Rock, Sim's Park, Dolfin's Nose are famous viewpoints of site seeing. It was a great experience to go through Nilgiri Mountain Railway from Ooty to Coonoor, which takes 1 hr approx.
You will get the Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary from Bangalore to the Ooty route. You can stay there one night. Then you can start for Ooty. The best time to visit Ooty is May or June in Summer & September to November in winter. In Coonoor, the favorite pastime would be bird watching and spotting. It is the best place for photography. Special items to bring are homemade chocolate eucalyptus Oil, tea, coffee, spices, gourmet cheese handicraft items, etc.
