•    Train travel is 40 km to the closest Harmuti railway station in Assam. A further trip into AP would be by bus or taxi.
•    AP is directly connected with Guwahati and Kolkata airports through Lilabari Airport (North Lakhimpur) and Tezpur Airport in Assam. Taxis and buses ply 250 km to AP.

The best time to visit AP
Get away from the unpleasant heat and pollution in dusty cities to the divine aroma of the Himalayas. Hill stations are pleasant even during the summer, and tourists reach AP throughout the 12 months. The best time to visit would be the winter months from October to April.
